http://www.mousesavers.com is a website dedicated to finding the best Disney deals. If you sign up for their email newsletter (which comes out the 15th of every month), you'll receive special deals on tickets and they are generally cheaper than anywhere else. These tickets are also authorized and licensed by Disney to sell and they are very trustworthy. The same site/newsletter will also inform you of any special promotions Disney is running for their parks (i.e. resorts) and any promotions other area hotels are running. It's become an extremely popular resource for veteran Disney travelers.

The word "discount" does not exist in the Disney vocabulary.
If you should see a "discount" Disney -know that it is not sponsored by them.
You might check with your local Triple AAA, they sometimes give members a special price, If your local shopping mall has a
"Disney Store " give them a call, your local sales tax may make
them a better price than in Florida. If your brave, many of the
local times-shares in the Orlando area offer tickets if you take
the time share tour.
Many people take advantage of the millions of coupon books
found everywhere in the Orlando area to save on the other
costs ...hotels, restaurants, shopping .
Hope this helps.

Sorry, but there is not a discount ticket to Walt Disney, unless you take a boring tour in one of the many time-shares hotels near by....
And i don´t recomend you that.

Here is what I suggest, go on line to Disney or call their 1-800 # and get the best price you can from them.
The next thing is to check with local travel agents in your area and get the best prices from them.
Go on line to travel sights on Yahoo, AAA, and some of the sights that deal with travel and check their $$. You would be surprised the extra perks you can pick up when you already have quotes in hand.
Stay away from private parties selling deals on line, Many are time sensitive and some are scams.
