Using a search engine's a good idea, but I'm curious why you want such a Master's. Is it to get a job, or do you have a particular thought process you'd like to flesh out?

What I'm getting at is, what do you suppose would look better to a potential employer, and what would teach you more:
a. Going into a program someone else designed, or
b. Building yourself a program

If you can't find it, build it!

I don't know, but I would bet you could find something about it by looking on Google and typing this same thing in or looking up institutes like MIT.

I think you can get one at the University of Illinois at Urbana, but why not go for it and get into a doctoral program?
