is there a "Game Stop" store in your town? Thats where I buy used games. They are cheap and good.

eBay and game consignment shops listed above. You can buy a lot (assortment of) games on eBay for good prices.

In my area (Minneapolis) we have a localy owned game consignment shop that I really love. They have games for everything and peripherals up the Wazu. (Sega Master System games, omgwtf?!?)

You might have something like that in your area, which I really recomend not only for supporting the local economy but the staff are more likely to be interested and well versed. I pay the full price of what it's worth, there, but it's worth it to have access to so many rare and hard to find games.
