When I go onto the internet, and go onto google or yahoo, and type in a question, the websites show....but, they are very small. Like, everything that pops up is tiny on the internet for my computer, especially on yahoo answers. Why is it like this? How can I make it bigger?

If you want the font to be bigger, you can go to Internet Explorer on the menu View/Text Size. You can also hold the button and use the mouse wheel and scroll up and down to change the text size.

Maybe it's your screen resolution? When you are staring at your desktop, right click with your mouse. Out of the available options choose Properties, then choose the Settings tab. You'll see near the bottom a section labelled Screen Resolution. This has an arrow you can move around. Try moving around and you'll see directly above a preview area. If I'm right, you'll see the items in preview area get bigger. Once you have moved it click OK. Follow the instructions again to re-adjust if neccessary. Was this it?

You don't say what kind of browser you are using, so I'll give you the answer for the commonest one, Internet Explorer.
The principle will be the same for others, but the details may differ.

Look along the top of your browser, locate and click the "View" button.
From the drop-down list, click "Text size" (I'm sure you can see where this leading...)
You can now choose a font size, from "largest" to '"smallest"
Experiment to find one that works for you, and your troubles are over.

Try clicking on "tools", then "text size" and see if that doesn't take care of your problem.
