How do you upload good quality videos on Youtube?

I want to get a short clip from a tv show on to Youtube, How would i do that?

if your file is saved in the computer,,,, then use total video converter to convert the file to a good quality video.... then follow the steps in Youtube.com....

You can't change the quality of videos on YouTube.

High Quality = Takes More Time to Load = More Bandwidth = More $$$ Costs for YouTube.
