i have a question i know its kind of sick but im just wondering..can litle boys like from 8 and up produce spearm all ready..or no

It is unusual, but it probably can happen. If the little boy has an erection, there is a possibly that he is producing sperm.

no. Even at the earliest that boys can produce sperm cells, it's a while before it turns into mobile sperm cells and the body can manufacture semen. Then the boy has to be psychologically able to handle the emission process. So little guys, doubt it.
