No, I don't think all of them do. Many do because they are male. Men tend to be visually stimulated. I like to think of it this way. Do you notice beauty when you see it, whether it is a woman that glows from pregnancy, a father looking into his new babies eyes...a rose blooming in the park? All those things as well as people of the opposite and same sex are beautiful to look at. A wondering eye doesn't always mean a lustful one.

men as well as women have wandering eyes even though the majority of the time women like to point the finger at the men.You don't look at that fine sweating muscle bound construction worker?
