I am 23. I never had a girlfriend or even a friend that is a female. I currently have no male friends. I never went on a date or had my first kiss. I never even held hands with a female. I DO like females. I never went to a prom, homecoming dance or a winter formal. I never went to a girl's party or over a girls house. I am not sure why. How do you feel about this?
I felt this was the best area to post this for everyone's feelings on it.

If this is bothering you and, obviously, it's on your mind, you should begin now to change things. Not everyone has to follow the same "plan." Do what feels right for you. Don't worry about everyone else.

I think you may just may not be ready for a significant other yet. I work with a guy about a year younger than me who is 26. He is very much like you in that he has never even kissed a girl. When he gets interested in someone, he has a tendency to go overboard in his attempts at courtship. I have told him that he may just need to wait longer until that someone comes to him, then he'll know what to do.
We all take a different amount of time to adjust to life's cycles. If your situation bothers you, there are ways to go about meeting women, but if this is not your highest priority at this moment, just see where life takes you and be patient.

Not everyone has the same priorities. To some people God is their priority. To some science is their priority. If no other has been significant to you, why should that have any bearing on what you think of yourself?

How do you feel about it? Is it okay with you? Some would say you have some social disorder...maybe a personality disorder. But..if you are happy..then so what huh? Are you happy?
