philippines?? well that's eeasy first check it if its automatic volt where in you wont be needing anything just plug it if its not autovault then buy transformer, I know that is widely used in our country, also there are several stores malls in there try to find a charger for your celphone also, you could try other nokia cellphone charger if it will be able to charge up your phone, the next thing you could worry about is, would you be able to use your cellphone with smart or globe? coz since its from U.S maybe its locked so you have to unlock the cellphone, Cellphones from U.S is easy to unlock but some of the features needed in the phillipines will not work coz the phone is set to use for U.S networks, like picture sending, web etc

You should be able to purchase a 220 volt charger for the phone in the Philippines, also some chargers are dual voltage. If not you can buy a step down transformer on ebay for a few bucks.

On my last trip from the US to the Philippines I took my Motorola v60i phone and kept it charged with the same charger I used at home. No damage, since the charger is capable of operating at 110-220 v. Check the voltage spec on the charger to make sure.

you do not / won't be able to. The battery should be got rid of and recharged in a charger. Leaving your digicam on outdoors in one day is the the finest of recommendations. And the outcomes aren't to any extent further going to be reliable.
