I've searched Jcpenney, dillards, and other popular department stores and I can't find anything....

usually have lots but you must know the right size...they all have the 1 x , 2 x and 3x sizes for larger women.

Well, I believe that you might want to search JcPenney the actual store, they have ton of clothes for older women, I know because I buy my grandmas clothes there, and my moms stuff too. Maybe they dont show it online but if you go to the physical store you will find them.

Why Don't you look in Thrift shops,Yard Sales,Ebay,or Ross to Find the Perfect Dress for your Self.^_^
