I live in Wisconsin.
I live in a strong Conservative Republican suburban Community.
Milwaukee, which is Liberal and Democratic has a CURFEW. WE do not.
We pump millions of money into the inner city but the parents let their kids stay out all night dealing drugs and shooting people so Milwaukee needed a curfew.
Why do Democrats need a curfew and Republicans can get their kids in themselves?
Why would we be afraid to walk in a highly Democratic area after dark but any liberals who would walk on my cul-de-sac at anytime would be safe?

Welfare "people" in Milwaukee could care less if their "kids" are out all night. Most of these welfare deadbeats forgot how many kids they have anyway! I live in Milwaukee

Democrate and Republican here is the result of other factors, such as poverty and income level. The people in Milwaukee need Help, not shame. Poverty is not a fun time. The parents there don't have alot of oppotunities to make money to support their families, which affects the family structure. The kids there arn't stupid, they understand that life isn't fair, and they're doing their best to find a way to fit in, have a strong family, and make money. They're just not doing it in a way acceptable to you.
Yes, I'm pretty liberal. Yes, I know where my children are right now.
If you want things to change, go out there and do some good to make things change. Tutor some kids. Feed some people. Offer jobs to people from the city. Be a role model and a counselor. Help, not condem.

Sorry you're so scared, but that's just exactly how conservatives operate... with fear. I'm not afraid of walking through a "democratic" area at night. Yeah, maybe the ghetto but not where democrats in general live. I live in the Quad Cites, maybe you're familiar with the area comprised of Rock Island and Moline Illinois and Davenport and Bettendorf Iowa.... This is a very "mixed" community. We have farmers, factories, city slickers and everything in between. The ENTIRE area is Democrat. Most communities have a curfew for minors. It's a standard practice for most city governments to put into effect. The town I grew up in had 1600 people in it, and their was a curfew when I was 15. No I wasn't out selling drugs, or vandalizing property, or cow tipping, or shooting people. Just hanging out by the fire, and yes I got in trouble. My parents are democrats and no I wasn't supposed to be out. But, being 15 years old I thought it would be a good idea to "sneak" out. So, if you want to live with the illusion that "Republican kids don't bad things" you may need to get a prescription from a doctor so you can hold on to it. It was the overpriviledged kids raised by Conservatives that were the one's introducing the rest of us to drugs like pot, cocaine, and of course alcohol and cigarettes. So, hang onto your belief that crime and addiction are a "liberal" thing that "conservatives" would never be mixed up in.... it's bull. Why don't we want to walk through a "highly democratic" area at night? Maybe you're referring to the ghetto, how do you even know the people you're so afraid of even voted? Come to my town, you'll meet lots of nice and well mannered liberals.

Houston has a curfew and it is predominately republican and it is a hell of a lot worse than Milwaukee, which is like a little suburbia compared to Houston.

Do you get money for programs in the suburbs to keep your kids off the street? What do they do if the government doesn't help you?

First off, not political. Try parenting next time, unless that would admit that your argument is based solely on your own bias, in which you need not even ask the question, God forbid you learns something.
With that said, I have no children, so the question doesn't apply to me. But I'm assuming your children are with your husband, unless there IS nobody watching them while you neglect them to throw meaningless attacks at Liberals.

Conservatives are more strict when raising their children, so the kids are more likely to do what they are told no questions.
