I might put a flower wreath on her head for a special occasion, not daily, but nothing on her hair. I thik they use their hair to shoo flies away (by shaking it) so maybe doing something to the hair may be annoying to the horse. I would not paint her hooves. That's just silly.

Probably wouldn't paint the hooves gold. Red maybe but not gold.
