If you're young, you should use the Slim Fits kind. They're made by either Tampax or Playtex, I forget which.

i love playtex......and make sure you get a plastic applicator...personally i HATE tampax pearl, if you dont have a really heavy flow i would not recommend using them...for some reason they get really big once inside you and are a pain in the *** when Ur trying to get them out.

tampax pearl. the ones with the plastic applicators are the best kind. the card board applicators are likely to hurt more when you insert it in. hope this helps! :D

i used to use tampax pearl but i started using playtex sport and they are a lot more comfortable to me. use whichever ones feel more comfortable to you.
