Hm.. i think you should write another topic. Teen pregnancy is not a funny thing. Its a very hard thing. And i know cause i am 19 years old, 23 weeks pregnant, the babies father left me for another girl so i had to move back home with my parents. It is extremly hard being pregnant when your teen and not something to be sarcastic about.. Time to grow up. Just think.. if your a teenager and you became pregnant, would you still think it was funny? When your talking about teen pregnancy it should be a serious talk, not something stupid to make people laugh.

Personally, I appreciate all these pregnant teen-agers. It makes me look so young and available!

I seem to remember something about cannibalism becoming not fashionable but at least done during a famine in ancient Egypt. You might stick with the cannibalism theme, and rationalise that the population will always find a way to self-correct...
And...and I'm tired of not being funny.

I was 19 when i fell pregnant with my first child and my partner and i were only together for 2 and half month before we found out i was pregnant. It is not a funny thing and alot of pressure is on you when you are so young. I had to grow up fast and decisions that a girl my age should never have to think about at that age. But my partner and i got though it and we are still together with our 21 month old daughter and are aving another baby which is due in Aprl, brought a house have two cars and are engaged to be married. So i guess things do work out if you work hard at it.
People still look at me funny because i am so young and have a baby alot of people frown apon it but i am glad i am a young mum i enjoy every moment of it.

There is nothing funny or sarcastic about teen pregnancy. I can assure you most teen mothers do not get pregnant intentionally. If you want to right a essay on Pregnancy you should try to give support and ways to avoid teen pregnancy but trying to do it with sarcasm people will just take it as a joke.

So it sounds like you're writing a satire. What you need to do is pick ways to prevent pregnancy that are completely crazy and outlandish, but would technically work--for example, keep all women in their child-bearing teenage years on a separate continent; reinstitute the chastity belt; Tie their tubes until they're 18, then untie them; or make all teenage women disguise themselves as boys.
