i dont know if this is the correct answer but this is what i got for thematic elements

well thematic means Of, relating to, or being a theme: a scene of thematic importance.
and elements is a component or constituent of a whole or one of the parts into which a whole may be resolved by analysis
ex: Bricks and mortar are elements of every masonry wall.

so mix em 2 togeather and u get a section of something or a part of a group with a theme to it
