First i need it to be under $250

1. I want to have at least 10 gigabytes
2. I want to be able to put home videos on it, or google videos on it.
3. I want to be able to put itunes videos, i have on it, How would I do that?
4. I want to be able to put ripped dvd's on it, How would I do that?

Won 2 awards, and more features, cheaper, better screen with more colors. And excepts like 3 times as many formats. Dont get an IPOD unless u want a player with a whole lotta scratches and limited file formats...

A Sansa which comes with 2 GB but has expandable memory. takes videos and pictures. For Google videos you need to download them with a FLV. video down-loader (If you have Firefox just search the add ons) then converting them with something like TotalVideo Converter.
Sells at $150 at most stores.

at circuit city they are sellin a black or white regular ipod that has 30 gb for $249 (not includin tax) and it has video but it would be $17.50 more than $250 or maybe u can the the zune mp3 players they're $250 too (and more)

the sandisk sansa e280 has 8 gigs of memory for like 200 bucks and it has expandable memory.
