Chiropractic has been able to help women that are having trouble conceiving. They find that some of these women have subluxation and these can cause problems in a person’s neurophysiological state. By correcting these subluxations many women are then able to conceive. I would try a good chiropractor before you use any of the medication. There are risks involved with the medications. Here is a sight with some research articles you should take a look at.

There are tonnes of things you can do to help yourselves concieve. First go to the doctor and get checked out to make sure you guys can concieve naturally. After a clean bill of health i would try some (or all ) of the following...
1. Get your hubby to switch from briefs to boxers. Sperm doesnt do well in a constricted environment.
2. Both of you take your vitamins. Healthy body = healthy sperm/egg.
3. After sex, prop your pelvis up for about 20mins. By not getting up right away your letting the sperm get into you uterus.
4.Take your temp every morning for about a month. Use a basal body temp thermometer and chart it before you even get out of bed. When your temp spikes (usually a degree or so) then your body could be getting ready for ovulation
5. If worse comes to worse try Ovlex. Its a supplement you take everyday to increase your fertility.
6. (and finally) RELAX. Stressing about getting pregnant isnt helpful and in fact can be hindering. Enjoy this time with your spouse. Because once a baby comes, intimacy is gonna have to be scripted lol.
Chlomid is a fertility drug...usually the first one doctors prescribe to TTC couples
Good Luck!

Track the ovulation cycle and plan times during it to do the deed.. also have her lie with a pillow under her butt to tilt the cervix up and allow the semen to easier get to its destination. She may have a tilted cervix .. And pray... Good luck

Have your husband wear boxers instead of briefs. Have him take a teaspoon of Robittusen DM first thing in the morning, it increases sperm count.

make sure to have sex when you are ovulating. There are charts and websites online to help you with that.
