I generally put concealer or foundation on before face powder...

I wash my face, use toner, then moisturizer, foundation, all of my make up except my mascara and lipstick, then I put the powder on to set the foundation, eyeshadow and blush.

Its called base. Usually liquid in a bottle or in a compact like powder. Covergirl is the best.

Moisturizer on cheeks, foundation on red areas, then powder on shiny areas. Then dust it off so you don't look like a Vegas showgirl.

I place tea tree oil / to cut down the blemishes. Sometimes I use moisturizer and/ or powder. (I live in a warm climate)

you put all your make up on before you powder. the powder is supposed to hold the rest of your make up on.

I go through my normal cleansing routine, then foundation, and I use powder last to set my foundation.
