There are many things you can eat: broiled chicken, broiled lean meat, but not too much, an omelet cooked in PAM or any non-stick spray, shrimp is low in calories, fish. If you don't like fish, try something like salmon (broiled, no butter). Salmon is tasty and doesn't have bones. Halibut is also a meaty fish.

You'll be better off eating something that is really good because denying oneself is the surest way to reach failure. Just stay away from sauces and gravies and butter.

A lot of restruants now have a low fat selection on their menus. Applebee's even has weight watcher choices. But if that fails, ask the waiter or waitress to divide your food in half and put some of it in a to go box so you can eat that later. That will give you smaller portions but still a satisfying meal.

okay, you need to modify. i work in a restaraunt and eat there often. listen up... if you want a burger..no bun, no mayo, no fries. try green beans, veggies, or salad. you can have grilled chicken or oven roasted chicken. not fried. don't pick any fried foods. no starches, so order any vegetables besides potatoes and corn. restaraunts can compensate for any diet. low- fat doesn't mean low calorie and vice versa. if you want that dessert, eat a couple bites and push it away or offer to share it. others are always willing for a free dessert. any meat is okay as long as it is not fried. any sandwihes, no bread. light cheese is a must if you want it. servers think it is a pain in the butt for modifications but they understand. believe it or not, they do it a lot more that the usual customer. our cooks hate us. ha ha.

Alot of restaurants have special accomadations. For instance I know that Apple Bees has a section in their menu called weight watchers. Olive Garden has low fat and low carb selections. Most restaurants have something similiar. And worst case senerio: create your own dish. Or atleast you can modify dishes around your diet. You can give orders like no oil, or no salt seasoning. I know it kind of sound like a bit of a hassle, but restaurants are use to it. Trust me! It will be worth it when you lose those pounds!

if you want chicken, ask them if they can kindly cook it in a way that is suitable for your diet. Same way with the vegies. Skip the rolls and butter or only eat half of the roll. Try applesauce if it's one of the choices. There are many ways you can still enjoy resturant food without going overboard. Ask if they serve any low cal' drinks.

first of all- this weight-help plan isn't healthful. whilst it fairly is advisable to trim down for this weekend- the effects would be short term and you will income each and all of the burden (if not extra) back. whilst a usa buffet isn't suitable for healthful-ingesting frequently (healthful ingesting is plenty extra suitable then weight-reduction plan) you're able to look for greens, lean proteins. stay far flung from sophisticated carbohydrates, fatty proteins and starch (no pork from the carving block, mashed potatoes, roles, mac and cheese and so forth). attempt a salad from the salad bar (lite dressing, no cheese, no croutons) and a few grilled fowl or fish, besides as some greens. The greens are possibly soaked in butter. you could often locate the nutritional fee of maximum eating places on line. inspect the menu till now you get there, and prepare a healthful finished BALANCED meal.

Try eating smaller proportions like eat only 1/2 your food and take the rest to go for a later meal. Or eat from the kid's menu to get your smaller proportion.
Grilled stuff is good and not as greasy.
Chicken.
Drink diet sodas or water only.

Some restaurants are better than others. There are usually choices like wheat bread vs white, vegetables and fruit as side items rather than starchy potatoes. If you can find a meat that is baked, you're in business. Go for fish when it's an option (not shellfish which is mostly cholesterol).

If you will add more details to your question, I will be more specific.

well, there's always don't eat the whole portion. And stay away from pork and beef. Fish is probably more healthy. Best advice is just don't eat all of it. Even fish would make you fat if you eat 4 pounds of it with a pound of mashed potatoes. Also, stay away from the soda. Iced tea, water, or coffee are much better for you.
