How is it possible..?

That a shy guy that likes me alot, annoys me so much more than a funnier, more outgoing guy that I like?

For one, he's not the guy you have your sights set on. Two, the shy guy may be kinda clingy, making the guy that you like feel like he would be intruding if he came up to talk to you.

Tell shy guy that you're not interested in him like that, but that you would love to be friends. Tell him, straight up, that you're interested in someone else.
