While my sister was pregnant she told me that she knew because her "ovaries were swollen" and my mom said that that's how she knew also...But how exactly can you tell if your ovaries are swollen? I don't wanna ask them yet because I don't know for sure if I am pregnant. Help...?

WHAT? i think your family is full of balogna. lol.

maybe take a test or have blood work done.

The only time your ovaries may be swollen is if you have cycsts or ovarian cancer. It can be a sign of thyroid problems as well, assciated with the reproductive system. If your Gyno finds swollen ovaries its typically a serious enough issue to order an ultrasound and tests to check for problems, not pregnancy. Or if you have been on Chemo medication they might become irriated and swollen.

You can google it :)

That's not a normal symptom of pregnancy. However, the hormonal changes during pregnancy can make them feel like ovulation pain...sometimes pretty painful. I had it very bad with both pregnancies because I have cystic ovaries and fybroids.
