Wouldn't it be ironic if the only reason there wasn't civil war in Irag before is?

because Saddam was running the country. LOL

that is exactly why there was no civil war before in Iraq, because sadam ruled with an iron fist, it is the only language they understand in that part of the world.

There was no Civil War in Iraq because even Sadam's greatest enemies feared him. The people feared him and his enemies feared him. He was a tyrant and his sons were worse than he.

No irony, no mystery.
