You've seen a few I'm sure. Here's a couple -

1. A manager asking a female subordinate to "spy" on a collegue in the washroom to see if she was on her period (???????)

2. A manager publicly berating an employee in a meeting over the type of car he drove (not at all related to his job in the slightest)

Falsely accusing someone without representation of the facts. Trusting what was heresay rather than consult with the accused.

Horrible office politics. Horrible Office Manager who would do that.
