Use the REPORT SPAM feature of your email program or service. Do this for EVERY ONE and you will eventually get fewer.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

Annoying as he11, arent they?
Sadly, there is no way to stop them. A couple of pointers:
1/ When you sign up for anything on the net, always look for a privacy policy, or what they call an 'opt out' of marketing emails.
2/ NEVER reply to or click on the link that says to unsubscribe from their list. Why? you validate your email address which will be sold to another company. Trust me - it happens.
3/ Use Microsoft Outlook to access your email via POP3. While it does not stop the emails, their spam filter is usually pretty good and is updated every month. I have mine set on medium, and only one or two get through each week to my actual inbox.
4/ If you cant get to your email via POP3, like with the free yahoo account, make sure you turn on their spam filter. Anything making it through to your inbox should be reported as spam.
Other than getting another email address, this is a SLOW process. Just heed my steps above. You'll make it...

Put them on your spam list and dont do EVERY single one just 1 from each 'person' and delete the ones yo have then they'll all go to your spam box and you wont get them within a couple of years hope it helps.
