German's have charged him for war crimes. Should he stand trial there? Do you think he is guilty of war crimes?

...If people will remember Rummy refused to land in Germany several years ago on his way to Iraq for the fear that he would actually be apprehended at the airport. Maybe people also forget the Nuremberg tribunals where Nazi war criminals were executed when found guilty. The use of depleted uranium and the torture in Iraq and in secret camps makes him a war criminal by any definition....YES try him and punish him, execute him if he meets the standard.

Apparently you, along with the other 10.000 people who have asked this question in the last 3 hours, do not understand the definition of war crimes. The only war crimes that have been committed has been the LIBERALS support of the terrorists, and their desire for them to kill as many Americans as possible!!

If that is the case, charge all of congress because they voted for the war, including Kerry Hillary and others!!!

I do believe he is guilty of war crimes. This includes Bush, Per;e, Wolfowitz, Feith, Cheney, Rice, and other neocons that mis led us into this War on Oil Producing Iraqis.

The US does not recognize the ICC and if we are lucky, the US never will. Germanny is always cute when they talk about someone elses' war crimes. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Haw haw.
