The closest one that I know of to Ohio is in Ann Arbor Mi.

There are three that I can think of right off the top of my head. Here in Orlando, there is the what they call the world's largest McDonalds on Sandlake Rd and International Drive... there is also another 2 story McDonalds a few blocks down from that one, also on Sandlake Drive. Then there is one in Daytona Beach on International Speedway Drive not down the road from the Daytona speedway that has a Nascar theme.

A 2-story McDonalds? I thought I saw everything when I saw a two land drive thru for a McDonalds store that fed to the same cashier.

I don't know about Ohio, but there's one near here. It's in Douglasville, Georgia. On Highway 5, just off of I-20.

There is one in Las Vegas, but I used to live near Cincinnati, OH and never saw a two story McDonalds there.

When I went to New York I saw a 2 story McDonalds and went in there to eat you should of seen it because it was gigantic.

Hazard, Kentucky has had a 2 story Mickey D's since 1989. They are tearing it down though.

We don't have one around here. But for my high school class trip we went to chicago and they have one down town by the hard rock cafe. It is a beautiful place. It has stairs and exculators going to the upper level. It also has lounge seats upstairs so you can sit in confort. It also has many tv's placed all over the place. I would definately recommend it.

We have one, I live in White Rock, BC, Canada. Service counters and main eating area is on the main floor, the plat area with kiddy tables, etc is on the 2nd floor. It has been there for years (recently remodeled though). I've never seen another one anywhere but I'm sure they do exist.
