I have been experimenting with growing seeds at home.
I have some in seed compost in a propogator and one seed I put inside a folded peice of kitchen roll within a glass.
I have kept both methods moist, yet the kitchen roll method seems to have worked more effectively.
Now I have a seed with a 10mm long shoot coming from it.
Can I just put this in soil now?
Or woudl a nutrient jelly work better?
Or do I leave it a bit longer?

well, when I say a shoot has appeared, I mean the root...
or is it all one thing?

Usually it's safe to transplant when the cotolydens have appeared. Handle it by the cotolydens only, not the stem, because the leaves will grow back if damaged but if the stem is damaged then it is perminant.

basically as quickly as you notice the little sprout popping out of the seed sheel. Been there and performed this. Be very careful to not ruin off the little sprout,,or you would be startting throughout. basically lay the little adult adult males gently on the exterior of the soil, and that they'll themselves burrow down into the soil. do not water them too plenty at forst,,,in undemanding terms some drops till ultimately they have the 1st set of leaves. Anymore questions basically ask or digital mail me. better of luck!!!!

if you have a shoot comming out of it i would say that it is time to plant it now while the shoot looks good and healthy, I think that if you wait too long the shoot can get germs because it's not planted , get weak and die so I say go for it!
