Wanting to purchase small relocatable manufacturing business to own and grow.?

I'm wanting to purchase a small manufacturing business that can be relocated to Vancouver, Canada. I don't want to waste my time looking at a bunch of internet and real estate offerings. Do you know of any websites that would be useful for me to look at?

None. If you want to buy a good business, you have to hunt it down on your own and persuade the owner to sell. Moreover, you will only be able to do it if the owner is thinking about retirement, but is not sure he can afford to retire...
