I am a new subscriber too, and that I asked from a representative if incase you start talking before 9 then finish like 9:30 or whatever, they said that it uses up your minutes for the entire conversation eventhough its past 9 already, still you use up the minutes and it will be deducted from your monthly minutes. So in order not to use those minutes up, the call has to be made whatever time they give us for our nights, usually 9 so start calling at 9 so you wont be using your alloted minutes,in that way no matter how long the conversation is it is guaranteed free, always remember the call has to be made by 9...

You get charged for the minutes occuring before nine o'clock. Anything after 9 is free.
