Your best bet is to pay $1 to buy another tub. Once silly putty gets crud in it, it's pretty much trash.

well u can not play with it but get some paper wet and stick it on the putty then wait for about a min and start taking the putty off

dang i love silly putty. ha ha thats lyke old skool! neva expected that question. i would try wash it lyke under water cuz is strong. n maybe use lyke tiny bit soap. if u tryin to clean tha ball of putty. to get it out of somethin is different. my momma used this OOPS stuff GOOF OFF. n then oil for tha last bits. but i think u want clean tha actual silly putty.

if you want to clean the putty itself.. well..if you have nothing better to do you could pick everything out..OR.. buy some more.

i might say attempt nail polish remover because of the fact the alcohol could make it not undemanding and extra handy to get off, and should not take the colour out of the carpet. Lemon juice, freezing and different chewing gum treatments may well be worth a attempt too.

It's self cleaning...just fold it in on itself and it will clear the ink on it. Or if you have fuzzy on it...there is no amount of water that will get that off...I'd just buy some more.

have you tried baby oil?. if that doesn't work...peanut butter or mayo. you need a lube to grease it oout. it's kinda like getting gum stuck in your hair.
