I am trying to delete COMMAND anti virus program to install a?

different anti virus program but it will not delete. The
new one will not download unless the old one is deleted. I tried
calling the company but only get prompts and can't talk to a live person. What can I do? Please!!!

go to safe mode and try to unistall it there if not system restore to a point when b4 you installed the anti if not you need to erase the program by hand which if done wrong can really mess up your computer. if all fails call the maker of your computer
