because if its coming from someone we love, it means something. we value their opinion and care for them so it hurts more when they hurt us. i knew this guy for about five of six years and we were going out for about a year, but then he started changing and when we broke up it really hurt. i'm over it now and we're still friends, but i'll always remember him and that he was my first love.

Because somewhere in history, someone came up with the theory that we will hurt those we love the most. I think it came about because, intentionally or not, we manage to hurt those we are closest to, be it a friend or spouse. Mother Nature has it that whenever two of any species (male-female, gays lesbians, etc) gets together in any type of relationship, that sooner or later, the two will get into a fight over something stupid. This is why people are the worst animalknown to do this so much. Its known fact its harder to take it out on a total stranger as they wont have any idea why, so we take it out on someone close to us; parent, mate/spouse, friend, sibling, etc. And there is no end in sight to this. Because human beings are dependant on one another, sometimes hurt comes from our own expectations. The more we love, the deeper the hurt is when deception, betrayal, cheat, separation and that sort of things happen. Many times all the warning signs are there but we are blind to them. We do not want to see them! Some of us dear Heart are in love with love ! And have a void to fill, so we just grab a relationship that we already know is not good for us. Of course, there are also family situations that are more complicated and those are very painful. They are causing a lot of suffering and often to innocent people.
I'm sorry for your broken Heart. I hope you have someone near you to confide in. It would help.

It's because we love them is why it hurts..if you didn't you wouldn't be hurt right now dear...your heart is broken and you feel like you want to die because of the pain..I have been there dear...you have pick yourself and know that you are a good person..it was him..not you...you did your best and one day he will see the good woman he gave up I promise but you have to be strong and not let him come back again..he will only cause you more pain..when a man breaks your heart they can do it over and over without any regard for your feelings.

Love is the ultimate act of trust and vulnerability. It's like taking your heart right out of your body and handing it to someone to take care of. That gives them to ability to break it.
The irony is, that without love, your life would be hollow and empty.
Your heart is broken, but it can be mended. In time, you will feel like entrusting it to someone again, and you will experience the happiness and joy, and risk, that goes with it.

Forget the hurt, you always have your family. Do you understand you have a family. Karma is a beotch, stick to the status quo, the person who broke your heart is good for nothing, turn to your ever loving family. 2 factors: a million) the reason that those we adore damage us..is because they are the purely ones we glance after. if some clerk on the 7-11 suggested something to you..it does no longer remember because you do not care about him. 2) 14 years previous is completely too youthful to be coping with abuse. Your boyfriend is crude, rude, disrespectful and a loser with loser acquaintances. do you pick to be the "loser female" that he banged round with till he grew up, realized that weed and xbox were no longer what makes the international is going round?
