I really need to find out who sings this song. I only remember 1 line, and I do know a guys sings it, and its a new band. Its not country, rap, techno. It kind aof reminds me of the type of music chemical romance and such.

Sounds like it could be "Broken" sung by the dude from Seether and Amy Lee from Evanescence.

"Broken" by Seether. There's a version just by Seether, and a version featuring Amy Lee of Evanescence. The Evanescence version is a bit more popular, but I personally prefer the version without Amy Lee.
