The idea of some protracted 100 year war does not appeal to me.

This baby is awake here in the U.S.. I say let's bring the troops home and fight them here. Eighty percent of Islamic mosques in the U.S.are being lead by fascists. We could soon see Islamic law in the U.S if we allow the rise in Islamic fascism to continue.
We now have our first elected Muslim in Congress and surely more to come. Islam will defeat us politically with our "politically correct" and "tolerant" society.
Sadly, most Americans are in denial of the facts about Islam and their goal to convert the world to Islam. This "movement" is coming on us faster than most can fathom.
Democracy will fail in Iraq due to Islamic law. Islamic law is the highest law for Muslims and will win over democracy
Islam has taken over most of Western Europe in a short period of time. We are a great nation, but a blind one.

You rant a lot.What would you suggest.If we leave Iran and Syria move in.Who exactly are we going to fight if we send more troops.Whether you ,I or anyone likes the situation it is what it is.

No one has a good answer on this baby.
Result of good planning and calculation.
The only answer is total annihilation. Not sure if that's real practical at this point, except for talk at water cooler.
I see there are still the delusional who think we can just make this right if we try harder.
