I've been throwing up almost every day, been craving weird foods, moodiness etc. (Basically all your signs of pregnancy.) My boyfriend got nervous and made me take a pregnancy test -- problem was.. I downed a couple of beers and was drunk. It came out negative, but could this be inaccurate? Should I take it again while I don't have any alcohol in my system?

First of all yes you do need to take another test before drinking. The puking a weird cravings just might be because of the alcohol still in your system (takes a while to get it fully out) And if you feel that your pregnant, sometimes tests aren't all that accurate. And it's not because of the tests persay. it could be that you have a vaginal infection that will interfere with the test. (i'm not saying that you do this is just helpful information) And if you feel that you're getting an inaccurate answer to the test, have a doctor do one for you. Just remember that they use (ALL doctors) EPT

The test only tests for HCG which is the hormone your body produces when pregnant, you can test from first day of missed period but hormones can be week so if your late and still think you are test every few days as HCG rises in the body every 2-3 days. Also drinking alot of any liquid can dilute the hormone so test first thing in the morning when your urine is most concentrated.
Good luck x

alcohol has no negative effects as the test is searching for a hormone. Try again if you have not got ur period it may be too early to detect the hormone at the time you tried before

Dude. First, you nonetheless might want to nicely be early - try lower back in per week. second - once you've any indication that you may want to nicely be pregnant, that is stupid to drink. Fetal alcohol syndrome takes position on the very starting up - today might want to be the most needed time. Please, you want to stop ingesting till you understand for effective. bypass for your Dr. and get a blood try, that'll inform you quite quickly. 9 days previous due is quite previous due... or perhaps the faintest effective continues to be a mind-blowing.
