I never cared alot for cartoons but I use to like Bobbys World when my son was little :)

My favorite cartoons from when I was a kid are Looney Tunes.
It would be impossible to choose which character was my favorite one.
From now, I like Courage the Cowardly Dog.

Pink Panther, Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Popeye...-if I had a favorite cartoon characature, I love "Taz" -(looney tunes) I've always loved old cartoons & still do.

Not necessarily a cartoon, but my Favorite children's Program (and you must remember -- I was a Long-Term Single Parent) is the Muppet Show -- I remember introducing my children to the Muppets and they loved them.
