Ok, Here it is. I sell items on Ebay and I had this crazy buyer. I left him negative feedback. Get over it! No, He wants to take me to judge matthis, I got a fex ex in the mail. I can decline but he is out of state so I don't think he can do anything else further. He can't take me to court for something so stupid can he? I think the judge will laugh at him. It's my right to leave him the feedback I see fit I called him a "diffucult buyer". He says I destroyed his character. Is this not the stupidest thing you have heard of?

He's retarded. You should go just so you can make a complete fool of him for the world to see. The point of the feedback is to let people know how that person was during your transaction. If he was difficult for YOU you are allowed to say that. It's in the rules.

If you want your 15 minutes of fame, this is your chance. Otherwise, You might want to decline. I think you are right, that the judge will laugh at him. Although, in the future, I suggest you stick to facts only and not judgements when leaving feedback. He could sue you for real.

Even if you lose, isn't it the case that the show pays the judgement? If so, it might be a fun day out for you. If you think you're going to win and you can somehow slip your ebay ID into the show it may also get you some free advertising.

Look at this carefully and don't dismiss it out of hand.

It sounds pretty stupid to me. It also sounds like he proved your point.
