Does anyone else feel like their personality is sort of fractured into different parts, but you're still you?

Sometimes I feel like my personality is in pieces, but they're different aspects of me. It's not "multiple pesonalities" or anything like that. I have part of me that's very loving, part that's very hateful, part that's very vengeful, part that's very sexual, part that's very dark, part that's very light, etc etc. Does anyone else experience this? Is this normal, or is this a "condition" with a name? Please, no smarty-pants comments.

everyone has that especially men what man acts the same around his friends that he does with his wife im a very loveing person too i am married and have two kids but i also have a very dark side to me that my wife has never seen all those parts of you and me are part of our personalit thats why they say you can never really truly know a person nomatter how long youve known them

Sure, there are many aspects to someone's total person. Some people have many depths to their personality, and some people don't. Moods have a great effect on personality characteristics.

Multiple personalities happen when you are unaware of other personalities within, and you may even go by a different name in each separate personality. This is extremely rare.

How was your childhood, can you remember it? Many times trauma is buried so deep we do not remember these things. DID is there for everyone and it would be worth it for everyone to seek out professional assistance to heal the fracturing of our lives. this does not mean you are "sick" or twisted just loving yourself enough to be healthy and balanced in all aspects of your life.There is a lot that I can not discuss here but seriously consider this advice. Only if it feels correct, don't think about it. does it feel like you need to.
