I have a motorola Razr...and i want to upload the pictures to my computer...but I wasn't sure if I had to pay to send it. Let me know..

Obviously if it were so easy to use a USB cord to transfer photos from your Verizon Wireless RAZR to your PC, you would've done it by now. You need to get VZW's data software to do it, unless you're savvy enough to figure out how to crack your phone.
Sending/receiving picture messages cost 25c if you don't have a package or you've gone over your limit.

well lady not at all . just get a usb cord that came with ur razr , connect your computer and the phone and get going , and the easiest way out is sending all the pictures via bluetooth , if both your phone and computer have bluetooth , its easy a childs game

yes, if you send it over their internet, if you dont have their internet plan
if you just plug it into your computer via a cable its free
