Yes,.. Dwarves can get pregnant. I'm not checking your site (I am not trustworthy of sites these days) but it can be bad for her health. Some do just fine. If she is a type that's more towards 2 feet then 4, then that is a pregnancy that will kill her (the baby is normal sized).

Primordial Dwarfs are the smallest and rarest form of dwarfism. They have reproductive organs and essentially could become pregnant. I highly doubt that a 20-30lb person could carry a pregnancy to term without loss of the mother or child. Achondroplasia type dwarfs are more common like the Rolofs on TLC. They can become pregnant and carry a baby to term because the are of a more average size. Some of the children are of normal size and some are dwarfs.

I seen that show. what a beautiful girl. I would talk to the doctor and ask him about that. I also watch little people big world. love that show.
