Well, it helps to have iTunes installed on your computer, but there are other options such as Juice or Doppler (neither of which I'd heard of before checking Radio 1's website for podcast download instructions), as well as many others (see links below). Personally, I like to use RealPlayer for my computer's MP3/digital audio needs.

Basically, from the Radio 1 main page, click on 'Listen/Podcasts' in the lefthand column, then click the 'PODCAST' tab, then scroll down to select the show/DJ you want to listen to, then scroll down and click on 'DOWNLOAD.' Your selected show should immediately begin downloading in MP3 format.

I think each DJ has a podcast section on their own pages...... Chris Moyles def does! Have you not heard the jingle they play to let you know it's there! It's crazy - but then most things are on that show! It's the best!
