Most guys i see at porn shops seem to be care free, I on the other hand feel very awkward, its always so quiet, and the cashier always seems to be watching me or something lol. One time i knocked over a cock pump. Everyone turned and watched me pick it up. I've never turned so red in my life. I like going for the thrill of being around other people as horned as me for some reason. I just wish i could relax a lil. Anyone else have this prob?

People are there for porn so no one cares. The person running it has seen it all. They probably will talk about it all day with you.
No one cares. Everyone there already knows your in there for porn so no one is looking at you. To get over the fear buy something.

Not any more... I myself am one of those very rare guys in porn shops who's extremelly comfortable and will talk to the cashier and other customers if they seem open minded enough to discuss the products being sold there.
In fact, I feel more comfortable in sex shops than in regular stores!

PS: To relax a bit; think of it this way; most customers who go there are twice the loser you may think you are, since alot of guys who shop there have no other sexual outlet... Or something to that effect.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that I have a fear or porn stores, but I do feel somewhat uncomfortable being in them. The only fear I would have is the fear of a beating if I got caught going into one without my partner lol
But I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's not everyone's cup of tea. I feel the same way also in women's lingerie, you don't know where it is safe to look lol.

I have the same feeling it always makes me feel uncomfortable and i always feel dirty just because of the fact that someone is watching. Dont feel so bad it would be really weird if you had addiction just remember everyone is there for the same reason.

hell yeah man, most people do and it's no problem, i think your a little messed up if you feel at home in a porn shop..my friends forced me to go one time, there was this creepy rent a cop watchming my every move, and this women wouldn't leave me alone, i had to walk though the dildo section of the store..and it was scary..like these dildo's were casting this unbearable gaze..and when i got to the dvd section all i could think about is "i doubt this place is sanitary at all"...lol you aren't alone.
