i do not know what make my dongle is, it was a cheap one bought off ebay but i need the drivers for it where can i download them for free? or how do i find out what make it is, i cant look on ebay as it was over 6 months ago and cant look at the item number any more

http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/download.asp?resoure=bluesoleil_edr which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.

If you haveWindows XP then just insert it into the USB drive & it will search for the drivers for it.
I bought a dongle off EBay as well. It did have the disc but I didnt need it.
Try it to see, if not buy another 1 as they are cheap now.

It did have the disc yet I didnt choose it. attempt it to make certain, if no longer purchase yet another a million as they are decrease priced now.

if u plug it in to the usb port does the name of it come up ?

have you installed software CD-ROM i got mine off e-bay and its a great little tool.no probs installing just loaded disc and it was going.
