No. But you need to educate yourself. Check out the ingredients and look them up in an herbal reference book. Many health food stores have reference books you can look at. You'll find most of the ingredients have health benefits: calming, balancing blood sugar, helping with insomnia, etc.

Habitually inhaling smoke is not good for your lungs but herbal cigarettes don't have all the chemicals you get in commercial brands. It's a great assistance to help you break the habit. I know some people who've quit smoking but take these substitutes along when they want to be with their still-smoking friends.

Yes, they are. Any ingestion of smoke from any source contributes to lowering of lung function, which in turn affects the blood, the arteries and of course, the heart. The only thing the lungs were designed for was fresh air which, sadly, is a very rare commodity. Try not to smoke anything and you will feel better in the long term.

all tobacco is bad for your health it destroys your lungs and furrs arteries up. Im a prime example .I tried herbal tobacco years ago and it made me cough and weeze as much as ordinary tobacco.I ended up with a heart attack last year and am now industriously eating tibetan goji berries and guess what ,they work ,so my advice is eat goji berries instead .Forget the tobacco.

Yes.
Eating it is bad for your health. Smoking it is bad for our health. I refer to 'secondary smoke'.
Now cut that out...You asked.
