Been on the pill for 15 years, tired of it. We have a daughter and don't plan on anymore kids (for now anyway) what are my options for something non-hormonal? (I hate condoms!!)

Oh yeah, definintely an IUD. More and more women are getting them and love them at our clinic. There are very few side effects, they last for 10 years and can be really effective. Plus, you've had a child which is one of the requirements of this method. There's also a new-ish IUD called Mirena that is both IUD and hormonal birth control. It's also a really popular choice.

Permanent: Sterilization - especially if you don't want any more kids.

Any other methods mentioned below are less reliable than the pill.
Foam with spermacide, diaphragm.

I would stay away from IUDs. Many women have problems with them.

Diaphragm, IUD, or you can also get your tubes tied if you don't plan on having any more, which would save you a lot of trouble
