Unless you actually work at one of the palaces you don't work for The Queen. Yes part of our taxes goes to paying for the Royal Family but then part of our taxes go to keeping the Government in their finery as well. Most of our taxes are wasted away but the Royal Family can't be blamed for all of this.
In fact, if we're going to be honest, The Queen is the sole reason many tourists come to this country and without her and everything that comes with her many tourists wouldn't bother (would you come here by choice, chavs everywhere, poor weather) so depending what trade you are in you may not be able to perform any hard labour for the week if it wasn't for The Queen as their wouldn't be the jobs.
Now where did I put that soapbox?

A lot of "chip on the shoulder" morons answering questions again. By the way, what is your question in English ? When referring to Her August Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, it is customary to use a capital letter for "Her" and also "The" . I won't tell you again!

You know I never say I work for my president or my congress, etc. Whenever I have a job or go to school, I always say it's for myself. The only time I will say I work for my gov't, is when I have a gov't job and I would be very proud of it.
