how do you find the author of a website?

please!! my friend is making a bibliography and she needs to find the author of the site?

You can sometimes find the designer in the html code (from the menu of Internet Explorer, hit View-->Source. Otherwise, look for the copyright at the bottom of the page and assume that's who wrote it. If you're looking for the owner, check at the link below.
