It makes him sound more masculine and important. Since the war on terror is a war without end, he will be a "war president" until he is out of office. That was what led to the defeat of George Bush Sr. The Gulf war ended too soon. Had it lasted longer he might have been reelected. War is good for politicians and corporations, but bad for the rest of us.

First, Dubya needed propaganda for business. Once business was established in Afghanistan, Bin Laden wasn't important.

In my opinion its because he is the biggest dork on the planet. How in Gods name he ended up as president of an entire country I will never know. I personally would like to kick him in the teeth--but probably will never have the chance-dang it.

You should really quit picking your nose and wiping it on your head. President Bush is a War President because we're at war (in case a genius like you missed that detail) and he's the President because the opposition party ran two candidates in a row THAT THE VOTING PUBLIC REJECTED BECAUSE THEY WERE UNFIT.
