Pawn shop if you are lucky but I would not count on it.

Honestly I wouldn't buy one used, I've heard too many stories about 360's just crapping out after awhile. This may be how someone is trying to get money off their broken 360. I'd just bite the bullet and buy a new one with the 3 month warranty.
