Travel by Emirates -great service and they have direct service to JFK..dunno abt Orlando though.
If u could get across to Frankfurt/London/Dublin -then u will have more choices- Luftansa,Virgin,BA,Aer Lingus.

Go to Abu Dhabi instead (same cost I guess) alot better, Dubai sucks big time with all the building works going on and the grid locked highways.

may be it dosent fly to orlando but u can find a connecting flight to the nearest destination where it does .
